Moving Forward Assessment Services, LLC. is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed Rule 31 facility located in beautiful Spring Lake Park, Minnesota. At Moving Forward we offer an effective approach to addiction recovery. Our caring, professional staff will guide you every step of the way in finding the true causes of your abuse and will provide the tools you need to succeed in your long term permanent solution to substance abuse recovery. We will show every client that drugs and alcohol are not the problem but it is our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs that lead us to the abuse of the substances that are causing us harm. Our evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy approach to addiction treatment provides a more effective way to truly recover from drug and alcohol addiction. We are not a 12 step based program. Our approach allows each client to realize that they are not powerless over their addiction. We help them recognize the thought processes that lead to harmful behaviors which in turn lead to substance abuse.

Our goal is to provide each client with a program that works to their strengths to ensure long term permanent recovery by providing the proper tools needed to continue permanent recovery forever.

We offer a comprehensive education and addiction management program to assist you on your road to permanent recovery. Our abstinence based program is committed to helping you achieve long term sobriety by teaching life changing skills for a clean and sober way of life. Another important factor to successful recovery is accessibility. Our facility offers free transportation to all program enrolled clients to eliminate the worry and stress of getting to and from our facility. If financial commitment is a burden, We except Rule 25 funding, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UCARE, Prime West, South Country, Health Partners ( restrictions apply ) If you do have to pay out of pocket, we offer reasonable payment plans and sliding scale fees for those who qualify.
